Toronto Raptors All-Star DeMar DeRozan will miss Tuesday night's game against the Magic in Orlando with a left thigh contusion.
It's the first game DeRozan has missed all season.
DeRozan is averaging 23.7 points, 5.1 assists and 4.0 rebounds per game. He is also shooting 46 percent from the field and 32.4 percent on three-point attempts.
Toronto plays at Cleveland Wednesday.
The Raptors have a five-game cushion over the Celtics in the East, and coach Dwane Casey has hinted that he might try to get his starters some rest.
