When the Orlando Magic's Pat Williams and Rob Hennigan arrive at a midtown Manhattan hotel Tuesday, they will want two things to occur during the 2016 NBA Draft Lottery.
They will hope to win a top-three pick.
And they will also wish for the Los Angeles Lakers' luck to run out.
One outcome is highly improbable. The other is just unlikely.
The most coveted players in the upcoming draft will be LSU forward and Montverde Academy graduate Ben Simmons and Duke forward Brandon Ingram. The Magic's chances of being in position to draft Simmons or Ingram are slim.
