The Orlando Magic on Monday signed two NBA D-League players to contracts for the rest of the season, the team announced. Patricio Garino and Marcus Georges-Hunt will join the club for its final five games. To make room for those two swingmen on the roster, Orlando waived C.J. Wilcox.
Garino owns per-game averages of 11.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, and two assists per game in 49 appearances with the Austin Spurs. Prior to joining them, he participated in the 2016 Orlando Pro Summer League as part of the Magic’s White team.
