Orlando Magic defense missing in action in 113-94 loss to Boston Celtics

It started with the first play of the game. Avery Bradley shook loose from Victor Oladipo and not a soul protected the rim.

After that it was newly annointed All Star Isaiah Thomas‘ turn to cook Orlando’s inferior perimeter defense.

Thomas dominated the first half. Elfrid Payton stood no chance as he constantly tried to play defense with his hands. This allowed the quicker and craftier Thomas to get Payton into foul trouble and thus threw the Magic offense into a tail spin.
