The NBA Draft is coming into focus more and more.
Or at least it has probably been in focus for the actual people making the picks. They have been sitting with the prospects for the entire season. And all those t’s and i’s got crossed and dotted as needed.
For us NBA writers, we play catch-up. We spend so much time watching the NBA and its games, we do not always get to the draft prospects until the season ends — whether that is in-season or after the season actually ends.
That catch-up period is ending as we review the prospects and dig a bit deeper into the tape.
