The first big acquisitions of the summer are complete and the all-important coaching staff is in place. For coach Steve Clifford, there are plenty of familiar faces on his staff.
The Orlando Magic announced the hirings of Mike Batiste, Tyrone Corbin, Pat Delany, Steve Hetzel and Bruce Kreutzer as Clifford’s assistant coaches. Batiste, Delany, Hetzel and Kreutzer all worked with Clifford during his time with the Charlotte Hornets.
These are the guys that will be working most with the players and having a full staff should help anyone who comes through the Amway Center for workouts in the coming weeks.
