The biggest news might be that the team has added Randy Wittman as a coaching consultant. Wittman previously was in Orlando’s employ in the 2005/06 season as an assistant to then-coach Brian Hill. Following his nine-year playing career, Wittman went into coaching, where he compiled a 278-406 (.406) record with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Washington Wizards across 10 seasons. He got his start as an assistant coach under Bob Hill with the Indiana Pacers in the 1992/93 season, just one year after the conclusion of his playing career.
