If Adrian Heath can be fired in the dead of night without any warning, Phil Rawlins better sleep with one eye open.

Orlando City played the first game without the only coach it's ever known on Friday night, and you have to at least wonder if Rawlins will be the next casualty of owner Flávio Augusto da Silva's desire of transforming the Lions from local soccer team to global soccer brand.

Heath and Rawlins became the two founding fathers of Orlando City when they launched their plan of forming an MLS franchise over a few ales in an English pub in 2008.
