The NBA's All-Star weekend kicks off with the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge.
NBA All-Star weekend officially kicks off from ice cold Toronto on Friday night with the All-Star Celebrity game on ESPN. Following the celebrities, the main event of the evening kicks off at 9:00 PM Eastern with the leagues best first- and second-year players tipping it off in the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge.
For the second year in a row the game will pit the best international players against the best players from the United States.
