OAKLAND – Considering the way they shoot the ball, pass it and keep it out of the paint defensively, the Golden State Warriors often make things looked ridiculously easy – as they did once again on Thursday in a 122-92 defeat of the slumping Orlando Magic.
However, there was a time not so long ago when nothing came easy for a once-moribund Warriors franchise trying to patiently weather the growing pains of a young core of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green. And that’s where the rebuilding Magic – a franchise headed to its fifth straight season on the outside looking in at the playoffs – can learn a few lessons from the juggernaut Warriors.
