ORLANDO – The Orlando Magic selected guard Tyler Harvey in the second round (51st overall) of NBA Draft 2015.
Harvey (6’4”, 185, 7/17/93) played in 84 career games during three seasons at Eastern Washington University, averaging 18.6 ppg., 3.5 rpg., 2.3 apg. and 1.0 stlpg. in 31.4 minpg., while shooting .432 (260-602) from three-point range and .847 (316-373) from the free throw line. He finished his collegiate career as the second-leading scorer in school history. Harvey was a two-time All-Big Sky First Team selection and an AP All-American Honorable Mention in 2014-15.
As a junior (2014-15), Harvey played in 32 games with the Eagles, averaging an NCAA-high 23.
