For some time now, the Orlando Magic have lacked players who can get under opponents' skin and take them out of their games.
Jason Smith might be the guy Orlando needed.
Smith was involved in a tiff Saturday with the Philadelphia 76ers' Nerlens Noel that led to Noel's ejection.
The sequence appeared to start with Smith elbowing Noel in Noel's chest.
Noel retaliated by swinging his arm and hitting the inside of his arm into the back of Smith's head. The referees reviewed the play, ruled that Smith had committed a common foul and determined that Noel had committed a Flagrant 2 foul.
