ORLANDO – As concerned as the Orlando Magic had to be in recent days as Aaron Gordon struggled while hobbled with a sore left ankle/foot, they were equally as relieved to find out that there is no structural damage in the standout forward’s Achilles’ tendon.
As a result of those findings, the Magic are hopeful that Gordon will soon return to game action and soon return to form as an elite two-way player.
An MRI on Sunday revealed that Gordon has no structural damage in the left Achilles’ tendon that forced him out of Saturday’s game early and kept him on the sidelines for Monday’s home game against the Atlanta Hawks.
