On one hand, Aaron Gordon found himself Friday in exactly the same spot he was in before the Orlando Magic entered the All-Star break. For the 12th game in a row, he served as the Magic's starting power forward, this time against the Dallas Mavericks.
On the other hand, much has changed about Gordon's situation.
His dazzling All-Star dunk contest performance not only has made him more of a household name nationwide, but it also has infused him with confidence.
"I think the one thing that it shows me is I can perform on the biggest stage that there is," Gordon said.
