With the 33rd pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, the Orlando Magic selected Wesley Iwundu from Kansas State.
A 6’7” swingman, Iwundu was the first player in Kansas State history to finish with 1000 points, 500 rebounds, 300 assists and 100 steals in his career. In his final year with the Wildcats, Iwundu averaged 13 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game.
A lean small forward, Iwundu has great size for an NBA wing, standing 6-foot-7 with a 7-foot-1 wingspan. Iwundu spent a lot of his time offensively handling the ball, producing out of the pick-and-roll as Kansas State’s point guard.
