Evan Fournier was a player who former Magic general manager Rob Hennigan liked very much right from the start. He was traded in 2014 in exchange for Arron Afflalo, who was coming off a career NBA season. At the time, Fournier was a player who did not really crack Denver’s rotation at the time.
Fournier has shown positive signs of growth and development in a Magic uniform, as he continues to develop the offensive side of his game. He has improved his will to get to the basket and draw fouls to get to the free throw line.
