The ping pong balls are in, and the Orlando Magic will pick fourth in the 2014 NBA Draft. The Magic now have the 4th and the 12th pick in this years draft - the latter, remnants of the Dwight Howard trade. Orlando had a 46.9% chance of getting a top 3 pick, thanks to their 23-59 record in 2013-14 - 3rd worst in the league, but Cleveland's unlikely bid for 1st pushed them to fourth overall.
The Magic organization had the second overall pick last year, and opted for Indiana's Victor Oladipo. Oladipo averaged just under 14 points a game at shooting guard.
With number four, there’s plenty of talent for the Magic to choose from. Prospects include Kansas C Joel Embiid, Kentucky PF Julius Randle, Arizona PF Aaron Gordon, and Indiana Forward Noah Vonleh.
The 2014 NBA Draft will take place on Thursday, June 26.
