DAVIE — Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is expected to be activated from the team’s COVID-19 reserve list after being allowed back in the team’s facility on Saturday.
Howard was seen riding a stationary bike and working alongside a trainer while not wearing a face covering during Saturday’s training camp practice, which marked the 11th day since he first appeared on the team’s COVID-19 list.
Players who have tested positive for COVID-19 can return 10 days after an initial positive test if they are symptom free, or produce two consecutive negative tests within five says of the initial positive test.
