The WWE is planning to air its weekly Raw and Smackdown broadcasts live from the downtown arena beginning as soon as next week, according to a report by WrestleVotes that was later confirmed by Spectrum News 13 and several wrestling news sites.
The WWE reportedly had planned to air SummerSlam live from the arena Aug. 23, and a tweet from News 13′s Jon Alba showed the company’s production trucks unloading equipment at Amway Center on Friday, including LED boards similar to those picturing fans at NBA and MLS games during the current coronavirus pandemic.
