When asked, Windermere High standout Kanye Jones acknowledged that he probably could be scoring even more than his current average of 20.9 points per game if he wasn’t playing in tandem with another Division I guard, Trey Moss.
“If I wasn’t playing alongside Trey, with a point guard who wasn’t as good a scorer as he is, I probably could get a lot more shots,” Jones said in an interview with the Orlando Sentinel on Monday. “But it would be a lot harder to win games. And honestly, playing alongside Trey makes it easier for me to score points.
