The East River boys bowling team set a school record with a 3,102 three-game series score on Wednesday at Boardwalk Bowl.
T.J. Pierson, a ninth grader, led the Falcons with a personal best 686 series and senior Gabe Anderson dropped 668 pins over three games. Sophomore Louise Estor added a 615 series and senior Marvin Estor rolled a 611.
East River, a district champion last season, returned five of its top six bowlers and added Pierson to the mix.
Bowling has two more regular season weeks before its postseason starts with district tournaments the week of Oct 26.
