The United States will host the 2020 Concacaf women’s Olympic qualifying tournament, the North, Central America and Caribbean confederation announced Monday.
Concacaf will reveal host cities and hold a tournament draw this Thursday in Miami. The draw will broadcast on Concacaf social media channels, OneSoccer in Canada, TUDN in Mexico and Flowsports in the Caribbean region.
Eight teams advanced to the qualifying tournament: the United States, Canada and Mexico from the North America region; Costa Rica and Panama from the Central America region; and Haiti, Jamaica and Saint Kitts and Nevis from the Caribbean region.
The teams will be divided into two groups of four with a round-robin group stage running from Jan.
