UCF prepares for triple-option offense run by disciplined Navy squad

Although Navy is 0-3 for the first time since 2001, UCF head coach Gus Malzahn understands the unique challenge that the Knights will face on Saturday in Annapolis, Maryland.

UCF is asking its scout team to try imitate what Navy does on offense so the Knights can be prepared defensively. Malzahn said the scout team did a “good job” during Sunday’s practice.

“It’s all about the scout team,” Malzahn said.
