ORLANDO, Fla. — The U.S. women’s national team continues to impress with coach Vlatko Andonovski at the helm.
The USWNT had a strong showing Thursday during a 2-0 victory over Phil Neville’s England squad. The U.S. created numerous scoring opportunities against an England side that did not do enough on to get quality chances of its own. Second half goals from Christen Press and Carli Lloyd sealed the fate of the Lionesses in front of 16,531 fans at Exploria Stadium.
