With a win Sunday afternoon in Tennessee, the Ravens are headed for Buffalo, New York to face the Bills, and forecasters say Mother Nature might play a role.
Snow is most likely to strike south of Buffalo Saturday evening, though meteorologists weren’t totally sure Thursday morning which areas near Buffalo would see the most snowfall, according to a forecast from the National Weather Service.
A weather phenomenon known as lake effect is expected to bring snow to the Buffalo area on Saturday night, continuing into Sunday, forecasters predicted.
“It looks like we’re gonna have widely scattered snow showers around the area, as far as the Orchard Park area is concerned — where the game is going to be played,” Aaron Reynolds, meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Buffalo, said Monday.
