NEW YORK — Sky Blue FC has once again signed a player to a new deal, on Thursday announcing that long time defender Erica Skroski agreed to a one year deal with a one year option.
Skroski is a New Jersey lifer, having been born and raised in the state, going on to attend Rutgers University and then to play for Sky Blue.
She was a third round draft pick for Sky Blue in the 2016 National Women’s Soccer League college draft, and went on to play every match of her rookie season. The center back has remained a mainstay in the Sky Blue defense, playing 20 or more matches in each of her four seasons with the club.
