Donta Whack rolled through North Miami Beach’s defense Friday for 129 yards on 12 carries and a touchdown, leading area No. 1 Seminole to a 38-0 rout of the Chargers.
Quarterbacks Luke Rucker and Karson Siqueiros-Lasky both threw touchdown passes for the Seminoles (2-0), who scored all of their points in the first half.
Seminole, which won the Class 8A state title last season, has won 22 consecutive regular season games over four seasons. That streak dates to a 17-13 loss to Oviedo in 2018.
