“We were basically told he only had a 25% chance to live,” his mom, Kellie Moore, remembered. “His dad never left his side for three weeks at Winnie Palmer Hospital until he knew everything was going to be OK with him.”
Entering his senior year at Seminole High, Moore is still a fighter –– but now he’s fighting to be the best linebacker on the football field.
He’s lived the game and loved it from the time he picked up a football. He played Pop Warner and won a state championship, and he was also a mainstay on the Sanford Seminole sideline as the varsity ball boy, along with his best friends and twins Damari and Ja’Cari Henderson.
