The Orlando Pride will officially kick off their debut pro women’s soccer season on Saturday, April 23.
The Pride will face the Houston Dash at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at the Citrus Bowl to start Orlando’s first National Women's Soccer League home slate.
Orlando’s season opener will be played on the road, with the Pride taking on Portland Thorns FC at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 17, at Providence Park.
It will be a homecoming for Pride star Alex Morgan, who left Portland to help anchor the new Orlando team.
The rest of the Pride's 2016 schedule is slated to be released Thursday.
