Orlando Pride coach Marc Skinner says the team is eyeing one final roster acquisition to round out the 2021 season during the summer window.
The team recently bulked up its backline with the signing of defenders Amy Turner and Kylie Strom. The Pride have held ongoing conversations with potential players throughout the season, including former players like Emily van Egmond.
Skinner said the Pride have one current player who they hope to add in the coming weeks. If this acquisition is successful, the coach said the Pride will likely complete their player additions for the season.
“We are looking at potentially one more,” Skinner said.
