Orlando Pride captain Alex Morgan would love to leave her club team with the perfect gift before shifting her focus to the Olympics.
Morgan; goalkeeper Ashlyn Harris; and defenders Josée Bélanger, Steph Catley, Monica Hickmann Alves and Laura Alleway are all expected to be playing their final pre-Olympic match Sunday when the Pride host the formidable Portland Thorns at Camping World Stadium.
"I think it'll be big for both teams to step up and play our best, especially when kind of most national team [players] having their last game for a month or two and taking a break from club to go play in the Olympics," Morgan said.
