The Orlando Pride added another forward in the wake of Alex Morgan’s Lyon stint, acquiring former Arsenal Ladies forward Chioma Ubogagu from the Houston Dash in exchange for the club’s third round pick in the 2018 NWSL College Draft.
The Pride now have just one selection left in the 2018 draft, in the second round, after sending their natural first- and fourth-round picks to the Portland Thorns for forward Rachel Hill just five days ago.
“Chioma is a mobile, skilled player that has tremendous potential and possesses qualities that will be a big asset to our team,” Pride Head Coach Tom Sermanni said in a club release.
