Orlando will have a tough sell after learning its match-ups for this summer’s Copa America Centenario, while the U.S. found itself playing in the Group of Death.
The Citrus Bowl will host three games in the tournament, which is essentially a championship for the Western Hemisphere and runs from June 3-26. Orlando learned Sunday night it will feature Costa Rica vs. Paraguay on June 4, Panama vs. Bolivia on June 6 and Brazil vs. Haiti on June 8.
The U.S., meanwhile, ended up in Group A, which also features Colombia, Costa Rica and Paraguay. Those teams were largely considered to be worst-case or near-worst-case draws for the Americans.
