Orlando City will see its first game action in nearly three weeks when it travels to face the Jacksonville Armada in a U.S. Open Cup match at 7 Wednesday night.
The game will be the fourth round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, but it will be the first in which MLS teams compete. The Armada play in the North American Soccer League, the second-tier of professional soccer in the United States, and beat the USL's Charleston Battery in the last round to advance.
Orlando City coach Adrian Heath said the past few days of training have been solemn because of the Sunday's mass shooting, but the team is pushing forward.
