Earlier this week, Orlando City coach Adrian Heath was hopeful all injured Lions would recover in time to play in Sunday’s home game against New England Revolution.
As the game draws nearer, that’s beginning to look less likely.
Forward Cyle Larin (hamstring) and midfielder Cristian Higuita (groin) will be game-time decisions, Heath said. Defender Tommy Redding, who was out with a concussion last week, has been training in full and likely will be available, but forward/midfielder Pedro Ribeiro will be out for weeks due to a back injury.
“Cristian is better than he was,” said Heath, who originally thought Higuita would rebound within a few days.
