The District 5 commissioner was among more than a hundred people there Friday, in the Parramore neighborhood, for the Orlando City Stadium ribbon-cutting.
City officials, members of the community, media and fans listened to impassioned speeches about the economic impact of the $155 million, privately-funded stadium from Hill, Orlando City mayor Buddy Dyer, Orange County mayor Teresa Jacobs and Orlando City co-founder Kay Rawlins.
