The flight from England to Orlando was a long one.
Not only because it's more than 10 hours, but because Phil Rawlins had all that time to think about what to say to his friend, Adrian Heath, when he fired him that night.
"It was very difficult to do, and it doesn't come without a lot of soul searching, a lot of thought," said Rawlins, president and co-founder of Orlando City Soccer Club. "But I believe that this is the right approach and is the right thing to do for the football club's future.
"Once you make that decision, the personal part comes back in.
