Orlando City's run of successful preseason results continued on Wednesday afternoon when its reserves mixed with some Orlando City B players downed the NASL's Fort Lauderdale Strikers 2-0 in Sanford.
Lions rookie Hadji Barry created a goal out of nothing with a weaving run from the right side of the box in the 57th minute, and Pedro Ribeiro capped a great combination between Luke Boden, Michael Cox and Kevin Alston in the 63rd minute to double the lead.
The game was a chippy, physical affair between the two sides, but there were many positives for Orlando City.
