JACKSONVILLE — The result will go down as Orlando City's first loss to a professional team in the state of Florida, preseason or not.
The reality is that despite a 2-1 defeat to the Jacksonville Armada at Community First Park on Saturday night, the Lions headed back down I-4 relatively pleased with their performance. There were inconsistencies and mistakes, of course, but nothing unexpected in the second preseason game of the year.
"It was a good game for us," Orlando City coach Adrian Heath said. "Really pleased with the first-half performance, I thought there were a lot of positives.
