Orlando City face road test with quick turnaround against FC Cincinnati

Orlando City looks to narrow its gap in the Eastern Conference with a road trip to face FC Cincinnati on Saturday as the team chases the New England Revolution at the top of the table.

The Lions (8-4-5, 29) had fun the last time they faced FC Cincinnati, a 3-0 blowout at home in May that could’ve resulted in an even more lopsided score. But this weekend’s match will be markedly different — despite a recent three-game streak without scoring, Cincinnati has been battling teams to force its way closer to the postseason cutoff line.

As Orlando City prepares for its third game in nine days, coach Oscar Pareja said he’s focused on adaptability as the team travels to Ohio.
