Rafael Ramos is the latest Lion working to regain his spot in Orlando City's starting lineup.
The 21-year-old right back left Orlando City's 2-1 victory over Montreal May 21 with a hamstring injury and was forced to miss the next two games. Veteran defender Kevin Alston played in his absence and remained in the starting lineup after Ramos returned against San Jose two weeks ago.
At Monday's training sessions, Ramos remained on the pitch long after his teammates left, putting in extra work.
"I have to get my work done to get back on the team," Ramos said, dripping in sweat.
