Orlando City coach Adrian Heath typically is very busy the hour before a match, finalizing lineups, speaking with players in the locker room, giving interviews.
Not this week.
Heath will have no contact with the team after arriving at Sporting Kansas City's stadium for a 3:30 p.m. match Sunday, having been suspended by the MLS disciplinary committee for stepping onto the field of play in last week's draw against the New York Red Bulls.
"The hour before the game is a killer because you can't do anything," said Heath, who has served suspensions before.
