A single piece of dry wall separated Phil Rawlins from Alex Leitão for years. The president and CEO, respectively, literally worked side by side in Orlando City’s downtown headquarters on the corner of Summerlin Avenue and East South Street. So while Orlando’s soccer community rocked after Rawlins stepped away from day-to-day operations last week amid a separation from his wife and club co-founder, Kay Rawlins, Leitão was not worried about the future.
