Orlando City’s back line depth took a hit late last week when veteran center back Seb Hines underwent surgery on his right knee. The club announced on its website today that Hines, 28, went under the knife on Thursday at Orlando Health for arthroscopic surgery in a procedure the club called “successful.”
The result is that the English defender will be out approximately six weeks, leaving youngsters Tommy Redding and Conor Donovan as the only cover for starters Jonathan Spector and Jose Aja.
"Seb's surgery went very smoothly and with no complications," Daryl C. Osbahr, MD, Chief of Sports Medicine at Orlando Health and team doctor told OrlandoCitySC.
