It was a tough start for Orlando City B in the new USL League One. Hosting FC Tucson at Montverde Academy, the Young Lions gave up a pair of goals in the first half and had Randy Mendoza sent off, spending the entire second half a man down. Despite a solid performance by Koby Osei-Wusu, including a nice second-half goal, the Lions fell 3-1 in their season opener.
The team will look to rebound tonight when it takes on Toronto FC II, another MLS development team and one of two teams with a younger average age.
