Timber Creek senior Ethan Exilhomme had a monster day in last week’s East Metro Conference championship meet. He anchored the Wolves to a school record time of 41.60 seconds in the 4x100 relay and had individual first place finishes in the 100-meter dash (10.73 seconds), 200 (21.60) and 110 high hurdles (14.09).
His 200 victory was a photo-finish win ahead of teammate Joshua Sink, who was only one-hundredth of a second behind at 21.91.
Kissimmee Osceola senior Markevus Jackson is the state leader in both the 200 and 400 with times of 20.99 and 47.22. both of those times are second fastest in the nation this season.
