There were two significant stories involving the New York City Football Club in the last week.
First, a report that a deal was close for a new soccer-specific stadium in the South Bronx. Then, the announcement that City would host their first ever home Concacaf Champions League match at their arch-rivals’ home in Red Bull Arena.
Pro Soccer USA’s Glenn Crooks, the radio commentator for the club, sat down with NYCFC President and CEO Brad Sims to address those two stories, plus the four home matches that will be played at Citi Field – called the Citi Field Series.
