The summer of 2014 opened a doorway in Paul Clowes’ future that he didn’t notice at the time.
He was busy helping to plan launch parties for a future soccer stadium, writing articles about the design features and admiring renderings as a marketing intern for Orlando City Soccer Club from May to early August. That was all on his days off from playing with the club’s under-23 Premier Development League.
It was a busy summer break before returning to Clemson University, but he loved it.
Now, the renderings are realized and Clowes, 23, is a college graduate with a marketing degree.
