The New England Revolution continued their offseason signing spree by adding 27-year-old defender Samba Camara from Ligue 2 side Le Havre, the club announced Monday.
“We are pleased to add Samba Camara to our roster. He’s an athletic left-footed defender who fills a void that we’ve had in our back line,” sporting director and head coach Bruce Arena said in a statement. “He will add quality and depth to our center back positions and we look forward to welcoming him to New England.”
Camara has played more than 12,000 minutes across 140 appearances for Le Havre from 2013-2019.
