MIAMI GARDENS — After 28 years stationed in Davie, the Miami Dolphins are officially back in north Miami-Dade County as their full-time home.
Owner Steve Ross, flanked by CEO Tom Garfinkel, coach Brian Flores and general manager Chris Grier, participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony just inside the 30-yard line of the new indoor field house, with the weight room and cardio deck behind them. Ross and Flores were among those who took to the podium to speak with several key stakeholders, former Dolphins players and Miami Gardens officials present.
“It’s like a dream coming true for me,” Ross said.
